Nothing elegant, but need something to illustrate these rules and for my AP art class, now I'm just using the pen tool in Illustrator, ink, and others. We expect approximately $ 150.

Wacom pen tablets are the way to go. All the designers I know, Wacom Bamboo tablet. IGoRawr I will call rates is small, $ 99 and $ 199 for half. Believe me, drawing by hand is much more natural than pushing a mouse around a table, even with the versatility of an illustrator.
Wacom Bamboo is pretty good and seems very good for beginners. Few things are sold on average $ 99 and $ 199
