Anyone have an answer to horrible chronic nasal congestion and post nasal drip? - chronic nasal congestion

Blood tests showed they have a high Postive ANA (the body attacks itself), IM-17, no other syptoms and no diagnosis. I can barely eat or swallow, live in constant fear of what caused this. Could be as simple as a weak immune system I know that the doctors can help you identify?
